Who She Is: a best friend, a running partner, a giver-of-advice, Lauren’s personal dial-a-nurse, and an adopted family member.
What She Does: finishing nursing school at University of Northern Colorado this winter—I hope if you’re ever sick, it is in her hospital and she is who takes care of you. She’ll be the best.
Where They Met: Running cross country; Bri went to Prairie High School, but came to Sterling to run. Age 14.
Where You’d Find Them: drinking “pretty coffees,” eating brownies (with frosting) in the park, celebrating holidays together, surprising each other on birthdays, or (pretty constantly) texting and skyping from across the country.

Dakota Bridesmaid Fort Collins, CO
Who She Is: the best wedding-planner ever to be, a natural cheerleader, and hands-down the most selflessly happy-for-you person you will ever meet.
What She Does: recently graduated from Colorado State University and plans amazing events.
Where They Met: through dance—Lauren’s mom was teaching Dakota’s class. Lauren crawled up into Dakota’s mom’s lap. Age 4.
Where You’d Find Them: discussing–in detail–the merits of different mixers and accent walls, subconsciously proofreading, trading gluten free recipes that actually taste good, discussing fictional characters as though they are very very real and drinking lots and lots of coffee.

Rachel Bridesmaid Austin, TX
Who She Is: a fantastic friend, an incredible listener, deeply thoughtful, brilliant, totally herself, and a complete blast.
What She Does: recently graduated from UT Austin with her Masters in Accountancy and will soon begin her career with KPMG.
Where They Met: In Austin, the summer Lauren interned at Dell. Age 20.
Where You’d Find Them: Skyping, shutting down Midnight Rodeo as often as possible, tracking down a good cookie, or dancing, singing along, and laughing at country concerts.

Chelsey Bridesmaid Sunnyvale, CA
Who She Is: Always up for an adventure, queen of the spontaneous, co-pilot of many a road trip down Arizona, California, or Washington highways.
What She Does: Runs her own branding company, specializing in entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Where They Met: Lauren lived on the same floor as Chelsey’s boyfriend (now fiance) her freshman year at ASU. A year later, Chelsey moved to the valley of the sun and an eclectic friendship was born. Age 18.
Where You’d Find Them: Everywhere.. Going on whatever insane adventure sounds like a good idea that day. Pools in Arizona, rooftops in Seattle, beaches in California, and keeping many a coffee shop in business.

Morgan Maid of Honor Fort Collins, CO
Who She Is: a best friend, a fellow Lo-Do kid for many years, Lauren’s person.
What She Does: attends Colorado State University, studies political science, and makes regular appearances at the capitol.
Where They Met: at the pool in Denver, both nervous to say hello to the other–quickly best friends a week later at theatre camp (hosted by the performing arts center home to our wedding venue!). Age 8.
Where You’d Them: LoDo, Cherry Creek, ice skating, splitting chang’s spicy shrimp, finding corners to talk in, watching Friends (quoting every line), and being each other’s date to the Ronald McDonald House Gala

Kristin Bridesmaid Phoenix, AZ and Houston, TX
Who She Is: a wonderful friend, Devil DanceSport teammate, partner in shenanigans
What She Does: jet-sets between Phoenix and Houston working as an industrial engineer.
Where They Met: Ballroom dancing at ASU—a love of dance, country, sarcasm, and Texas brought them together. Age 21.
Where You’d Find Them: at a rodeo, dancing, out to dinner, drinking cider and cleaning their apartments, or having the best girls’ nights.

Jennie Bridesmaid Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Who She Is: one who skips the chit-chat, tender-hearted, genuinely kind, lover of pure heartedness rather than rules, and a true believer in grace and redemption.
What She Does: mentors, nannies, and recently graduated with a degree in psychology from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma where she also ran collegiate track and cross country.
Where They Met: Sterling, in middle school, a week before Jennie moved to Oklahoma. Age 12.
Where You’d Find Them: writing letters, cards, bebo messages (in the days before Facebook), now texting, chatting, skyping, and meeting up in Sterling or Round Rock, Texas!

Ashley Bridesmaid Lincoln, NE, met in Scottsbluff, NE
Who She Is: a soul friend, an incredibly kind, sweet heart.
What She Does: teaches elementary school to the luckiest kids in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Where They Met: As babies; their moms grew up together. Age 0.
Where You’d Find Them: Scottsbluff, Sterling, Arizona, or someplace entirely different, making up games in empty basements, dancing, spring breaking together, and planning their future homes with shared backyards.
